Skyline Park is the only other 'large' (using the term generously!) park in the central downtown Denver area (Civic Center Park being the other). It spans three blocks from 15th to 18th, along Arapahoe St. It features one art installation and two fountains. Its primary use is dog walking by local residents and visitors. Some workers use the park during lunch, but it does not have much shade nor comfortable places to sit and eat. It has been renovated several times to make it more vibrant and useful - but it still has not 'found' its niche.
