This artwork is near the mosaic fountain and was created by the same artist, Colleen Barry. In her work, she incorporates recycled "treasures" and pieces of glass and ceramic material that otherwise would have been landfill. According to the nearby plaque, the work was supported by the Cultural Trust at Shasta Regional Community Foundation.
