Corps of Discovery II – Paducah, KY, is a four-inch Lewis and Clark commemorative disk located on the banks of the Ohio River on the river side of the flood wall in Paducah, KY. The disk is mounted flush with the surface of a rough mass of concrete that’s about 6-inches circular.

The disk is about 12 feet north of the road that runs just inside the floodwall in a grassy area and about 20 feet from the edge of the embankment of the Ohio River.

The disk is in the NGS database as PID DH2916. It does not have any identifying stamping other than the standard design elements of the commemorative series of disks: CORPS OF DISCOVERY II – 200 YEARS TO THE FUTURE – PEACE AND FRIENDSHIP.

To reach, park at the farmer's market parking lot at N 2nd St and Jefferson St., perferably near Jefferson St. and the floodwall. Walk thru the floodwall opening at Jefferson and follow the road to the left about 50 feet to the marker between the road and the river embankment.
