Long Description:
You will need a high-clearance vehicle (4 X 4 is preferable) or lengthy desert hike/MTB ride to claim this Waymark.

Gilberto Luna was a long known and respected resident of the Big Bend area. He built this structure called a “Jacal” as the family home and raised his 10 children in it.

A narrative of the sub-terrain building here does not do it justice; one must see this in person to appreciate it. On your visit, you will see that three of the walls are constructed of the same materials, while the fourth wall uses a different material. The roof is exceptionally sturdy and is also made of nearby natural material
