Quick Description: The stucco art above the main door probably predates the days when this was a Martin's Bank. There is a letter L in the middle. Now in the care of National Trust.

Long Description:
Martin's Bank were bought by Barclays Bank. Here is a link to former Martin's Bank branch in Hawkshead.

The building is a Grade 2 Listed Building. "Entrance has fielded-panelled pilasters and round-headed pediment with plaster cartouche with the letter "L" " Visit Link

At some point this was a doctor's surgery.
