The show is free to spectators – there is a fee for participants.

"More than 100 vintage automobiles rolled into Whittier on Saturday, to the delight of thousands who packed Uptown Whittier to see the 10th annual Uptown Whittier Car Show centered at Philadelphia Street and Greenleaf Avenue. Besides the cool cars, hot rods, trucks and motorcycles, the event was laced with live entertainment, food vendors, music and raffle prizes." An estimated 20,000 attended the 2010 show.

For 2013 the show will be on Saturday Aug 17th.
