The Centennial Clock on the southwest corner of the town square, on the grounds of the Carnegie Library is one of over 100 throughout Oklahoma, commemorating 100 years of Statehood. The face of the clock reads: "Oklahoma Centennial 1907-2007."
This is a four-faced clock which also commemorates the town of Perry, "established in 1893." The clock is placed at the corner of 7th Street and Cedar Street in downtown Perry. It is nicely landscaped and is appropriate in front of the historic Carnegie Library, built in 1909.
