Flying Eagles have been maintaining this field since before 1995. The most common type of plane flown here is around 50 to 60 inch wingspan, 4 to 7 pounds, with a .40 to .60 glow engine. Lately more people have been flying smaller electric powered planes too. The land is owned by the Town of Merrimack.
