A beautiful brand-new but old-time-styled firehouse in Downtown Clovis, CA. The station opened in 2008 and was designed to fit into the western theme that Clovis aspires to maintain in its Old Town District. The facility includes station offices and living quarters, a three bay apparatus garage with wooden doors, and public restrooms. The City makes a weekly statement with a big sign noting that the firehouse is closed due to budget cuts because of the Federal and State Government funds. http://abclocal.go.com/kfsn/story?section=news/local&id=6894587
