DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1988 IN RED BLUFF, AT 447 WALNUT STREET, IN THE SOUTHEAST END OF THE NORTHEAST CONCRETE BALUSTRADE AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE TO THE POST OFFICE, 6.2 METERS (20.3 FT) NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER OF THE ENTRANCE, 0.3 METER (1.0 FT) NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST FACE OF THE BUILDING, AND 0.8 METER (2.6 FT) ABOVE A SIDEWALK.
