Construction began in 1989 and was completed in 1992, this is the current home of the NFL's Atlanta Falcons. At other times of the year it also hosts several events. It is also placed near many other venues for conferences and the like.

This stadium has been the home of the Atlanta Falcons since it opened in 1992. As of the date of this listing the Falcons have only reached the Superbowl once. This occurred in 1999.
