Dedicated by the US Naval Academy, 18th Company 1963. LTJG. John B. Worcestor is Missing In Action, 19 Oct. 1965. This is a freestanding Plaque monument in the park. It is located next to 'the Freedom Tree' which is dedicated to all Prisoners of War and Missing In Action (1973) and also bears his name.
