This is a very visible standpipe, often referred to as the National Park water tower. It can be seen from a great distance, and aside from fresh paint, has always looked the same, blue with an American flag and "National Park" painted on the side.

Benchmark is the center of the top of the pipe; my coordinates were taken near the access gate to the standpipe.
