The seashore is owned by the national parks service. The main draw is the lighthouse that's perched pn the side of a cliff at the headlands. The 300 steps take you from the visitors center to the lighthouse.
The seashore also has a few beaches like Drake Beach, South Beach and North Beach. The beaches though are only accessible by trails. Horseback riding and overnight camping is also allowed. Dogs must be leashed.
The drive from Inverness to the lighthouse takes about 20 minutes. The drive will take you through dairy lands that are dotted with historical farms that date back to the mid 1800s.

Visit Instructions:
Because of the vastness of many of the "non-localized" sites (Gobi Desert, Great Wall of China), waymark owners are encouraged to allow visits that reflect different perspectives and experiences.
Localized waymark sites (Structures, Landmarks, Businesses) should reflect standard waymarking visit criteria (Logs & photos).
