This famous steel globe is located on the north side of Manhattan's Columbus Circle and is 30-feet in diameter. It was created by Key Largo sculptor Kim Brandell (visit link) . This is a stationary globe, representing current land masses. The land masses are mounted on a frame of rings that depict longitude-latitude lines.
