From Mount Carroll, at the intersection of US Hwy 52 and State Hwy 78, go 3.5 miles west to mark on the north side of the road. Mark is located 2.5 feet west of the southwest corner of Center Hill Cemetery and 2.5 feet west of metal survey marker sign.
Condition: Mark found in poor condition
