This is a very simple memorial for two simple, laid back towns. Located at the entrance of Dunn's Park in Carney's Point, a popular meeting place in the area, this memorial honors two neighboring towns, Penns Grove and Carney's Point, NJ.

Description of Memorial: The memorial, as seen in the photograph, is at the head of a walk way at the entrance to Dunn's Park that leads to the park's fountain. The walkway is lined with trees and benches, and a simple flagpole flying the American and POW-MIA flags complete the memorial.
