Found this one on the geocache site. The mark is the top of the pipe. First listed in 1933, the pipe has remained since. The original description is:

"1/1/1933 by CGS (FIRST OBSERVED)
DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1933 (GLA) THIS STATION IS THE CENTER OF THE WOODSTOWN MUNICIPAL STANDPIPE ABOUT 0.2 MILE S OF HIGHWAY BRIDGE OVER PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD, ABOUT 50 FEET W OF PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD TRACK, AND ABOUT 50 FEET N OF TOLWELL STREET. IT IS A CYLINDRICAL SILVER STEEL STANDPIPE ABOUT 15 FEET IN DIAMETER AND 120 FEET HIGH."
