This clock is situated on a large open area near the city centre of Rayong, which is located in eastern Thailand. The clock is readily visible from the street.
The clock itself is on a tall, grey stone tower, set back from the main road. It is approached via a set of steps encircling the tower. It is part of a civic complex.
