There is a wealth of information on the official website:
visit link
'Llandudno has had a lifeboat since 1861 and is still on active service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
You can view the lifeboat on Llandudno promenade every Sunday
from May Bank Holiday weekend until early October.
Subject to weather and service calls.'
The history of the lifeboats and shipwrecks can be viewed on the website together with the actual boat names across the years, coxwains, crew, news, branch officers, guild, events, call-outs, boathouse, exercises and pictures.
Located along Lloyd Street the actual boathouse is not near the beach but has a straight run along the road to the boat ramp into the sea.
