In New Orleans on Royal Street within the French Quarter section of the city is an art gallery featuring lithographs that feature Peanuts characters.
The Jack Gallery is located at 709 Royal Street, New Orleans, and is located near the intersection of Orleans Street and Royal Street.
The web site identifies the artist as Tom Everhart. He is presently one of many artists that are listed on the Jack Gallery web site. Tom is the only artist sanctioned to use the Peanuts characters in his art. Snoopy is, of course, featured in many pieces, as are Linus, Charlie, Woodstock and others. The art have thick black lines with bold colors splashed around the composition.
I'm not sure how long this exhibit will be on display, but while you are in New Orleans, swing by to take a look!
