The trail is kind of hard to see but it is clearly marked by a sign. On Google Earth it is well defined. The trail brings you in back of the house, up a hill through the woods, to a clearing where the family cemetery of the folks who owned this house is located (Dritt Family). The trail is called the Native Lands Heritage Trail. It falls under the Susquehanna Heritage Park Organization and is managed by the County of York so it is County property.

Native Lands County Park is a 187-acre property of which 93 acres are designated as park land with a 6' wide mowed trail traversing the property from north to south. The mowed trail serves the park users in accessing the property from three different trailheads. This is one of those trailheads. The trail is named the Native Lands Heritage Trail and is under the management of York County Department of Parks and Recreation.

The trail also served for the relocation of the Mason-Dixon Trail from the Long Level Road onto the County's property from Bank Hill Road to Klines Run Park and coincides with the Native Lands Heritage Trail.
