St. Rose of Lima Cemetery is really two different areas. On the north side is a fenced-off section with burials and the foundation of the old chapel.
The sign in front of the chapel states:
"St. Rose of Lima Chapel and Cemetery
Erected early 1800's
Replaced 1907 to new location"
A sign on the entrance wall, by the gate:
"In memory of the Giddings"
Just south of the chapel/cemetery is another area with more internments, and a separate entrance gate.
