Named after an estate in Scotland this ill-fated community was located near here from 1804 to 1818. Flooding, disease, bad management and, to cap it all, an invasion by the Americans brought the community to an untimely end. Now famous for the Baldoon Mystery – a tale of haunting and witchcraft. Find out more by visiting the plaque which also marks the start of the Baldoon Mystery Cache.
