I do not have much info about the prop other than it is about 6 foot in diameter. However, I do know a little about the dock as I have been inside the fence a few times on business.
The dock was officially opened in 1927 and has been in continuous operation since then. The dry dock's dimensions measure 357.5 metres by 38.4 metres by 14.95 metres deep - or about 1,200 feet long by 135 feet wide by 49 feet deep. The depth of water over the keel blocks averages about 9 metres (30 feet) at spring low tide and about 12 metres (39.5 feet) at spring high tide.
When it was first built, it was the second largest dry dock in the world. Today, it remains the largest dry dock on the entire west coast of North America.
