This station is a standard US Coast and Geodetic Survey and State Survey disk, marked F 7 1934, and located in Derry, NH. It was adjacent the former Manchester-Lawrence branch of the Boston & Maine Railroad, which was taken out of service in the 1980s and has since been dismantled. To reach the station from the intersection of NH 102 (W. Broadway) and Manning Street in Derry, go North 0.05mi (0.08km) on Manning Street to the Derry District Courthouse on the right. Park in the front lot and proceed on foot to the Northwest corner of the lot, to the adjacent street light pole nearest that corner. The station is 15ft East of the pole, set in a projecting ledge 6ft above the ground. There is a white paint blaze on the rock, with a white paint ring around the disk.
The NHDOT datasheet works well, but the railroad no longer exists along the length of Manning St. In addition, Manning St. has since been extended North to Rollins St, where this extension runs on the former rail bed.
The disk itself appears a bit beat up, but is still legible when viewed closely.
