Sisaket is a small town >500kms north east of Bangkok. Approximately, two kilometres south west of the town centre is to be found this community college. I could find no English language info about the college.

I would estimate two-three thousand students, with a rural/agricultural bent to the courses offered. This meets with the agricultural nature of the region.

A sign (in gallery) closer to town suggests an international affiliation to the college. Some form of a coalition between: USA, UK, the Phils, Cambodia, South Korea, and mainland China. I cannot immediately see any educational relationship between this eclectic mix of countries.

The name of the college is also disputed. Google maps gives the name as: "Sisaket Industrial and Community Education College", while the local signage says: "Vocational Institue of the North East 4". I have listed the college under its local name. This name suggests that the college is part of an Esarn (north east Thailand) region wide college system.
