Slightly northwest of the northern corner of the intersection of Martha St, Nashua St, Storrow Dr, and the Charles River Dam Bridge (aka Msgr O'Brien Hwy). The station is embedded in the sidewalk, half-underneath a metal guard rail there to prevent you from falling into the Charles. It's about 2 or 3 yards northwest of the southernmost corner of the railing.

Subsequent investigation showed it was in the database listed below, with MHD ID 2282.
