This benchmark is on the southwest side of the Charles River Bridge Road, embedded in the sidewalk in between the road and the Massachusetts State Police building adjacent to the dam.

The best way to reach this mark would be to either start walking southeast on Msgr O'Brien from the Museum of Science or to walk northwest from the intersection where Storrow, Nashua, Martha, and Msgr O'Brien (or whatever Route 28 is called right there) meet. The mark is actually in quite good condition.
