Made for the millennium, this sundial is mounted on the south face of the church tower. It is some 1.5m in size, made in copper, and tells time between 0700 and 1800 GMT in hourly intervals. The words LUX DEI, Light of God, appear above the dial, and the date MM, 2000AD, is set above the gnomon.
The sundial was designed, constructed and fitted by David Kench.
