This Wat is attractive, and clearly in the process of 'modernisation'. The main building was closed when I visited (during the heat of the day, most rural Thai folk are smart enough to stay in the shade), however, it certainly contained an image of the Buddha. This building was undergoing a refurbishment, there were many signs of repairs and maintenance. Nearby were the quarters for the monks.
