A walkway leads through a dedicated grove of trees in a garden area. There are two plaques with inscriptions as follows:
'The Burma Star Memorial Grove
This grove commemorates all those men and women who sacrificed their lives for freedom during the Burma Campaign 1941-1945.
It was designed and developed by the Burma Star Association as a tribute to all those who proudly wear the Burma Star.'
'The Burma Star Memorial Garden
This memorial garden is dedicated to those men and women of the Commonwealth Forces who gave their lives for freedom during the Burma Campaign 1941-1945.
This tribute is presented by their comrades of the Burma Star Association, their families and friends.

For your tomorrow we gave our today." '
