Located near the entrance to the arboretum this memorial stands in its own remembrance garden. It was dedicated on 16th September 2004. Trustees from the Ambulance Services Benevolent Fund created the memorial and garden and it is a lasting tribute to those who have died or been killed in service to others.

It reads:

'AMBULANCE SERVICES
England - Scotland - Wales
Northern Ireland
Republic of Ireland
Channel Islands

For Those Who Served'

The memorial is a black, polished granite and nearby is another plaque in the garden.
