To reach this benchmark travel along US 95 south of Boulder City to a turnoff at N 35° 51.157 W 114° 55.898 at which point turn left on the dirt road followed by a right turn shortly there after. Travel about 1.5 miles on this dirt road to the base of the hill at which point you will begin your hike up the hill. The hike is roughly 5 minutes long and use caution when hiking up and down the hill since the rocks are loose and can cause injury.
