The Braman Town Complex building was built in 1995 when there was a needof a larger Fire department. The Town got a grant to build the building and was able to make it large enough to house the fire depart in the rear of the building and in the front is the Town office and a community room, The community room is where they hold their town meetings on the first Tuesday of each month. The Mayor is Jerry Johnston and the town clerk is Betty Evans. They have a nice collection of photos of Braman in the past years hanging on the walls of the community room, which is really interesting to look at how Braman looked years ago. They have a small kitchen, bathrooms, and a shower room for the firemen.
