Along the 'Bar Street' of the small town of Surin (as the street is colloquially named) there are a half dozen or so new shops selling upmarket kit. In front of these shops are two small fountains, both identical in appearance, approximately 50m apart. I have designated the two 'north' and 'south'. They are square in design, with each side approximately 3m in length. The fountains are only operational at night, and both are attractively illuminated at night.
As regards the name of the shopping area. There is a sign hanging from the rear of one of these shops, in Thai, but with the name "RCA Shopping Garden". I asked a local if this was the name, and I was told 'yes'.
