From the NGS: "DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1951 AT NAPA. AT NAPA, AT THE INTERSECTION OF BROWN AND 2ND STREETS, AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTHEAST CONCRETE WALL, 25.2 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF THE NORTHEAST ENTRANCE, 3.0 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE NORTH CORNER OF THE BUILDING, AND SET 3.7 FEET ABOVE THE SIDEWALK."
