The inscription on the cover stone reads:

St. Timothy' Parish

Born Aug 21, 1890
Ordained May 29, 1920
Died Sept. 10, 1956

At the head of the grave is some type of stone cross. I thought perhaps it was Celtic but I cannot be sure.
