Marker Name: B26 - O’Donnell Building
Marker Text: The facade styling of this building was ambitious for the time and it helped to popularize the unique bricks used as the building material. The bricks were made of clay from the Bend Brickyard west of town and fine white sand from the Ices Caves south of Bend. The bricks quickly became a status symbol for the building boom of the decade.
