On the side of an old Sicilian farm house, that is still in use today, is where you will find this memorial to the brave men who lost their lives fighting for the freedom of so many. The site is not hard to find. It can be found by the disabled. However you will need to be abled bodied to visit the nearby pillboxes.
WRITTEN ON THE MEMORIAL:
"This site the night of July 10, 1943 was witness to bloody combat between the 82nd American Airborne div. and Italian and German troops extreme where the losses supreme was the heroism and from the sacrifice of these men is created the new history of Europe."

Dal lato di vecchia casa siciliana dell' azienda agricola, quello è ancora dentro uso oggi, è dove troverete questo memoriale agli uomini coraggiosi che hanno perso le loro vite che combattono per la libertà di tanti. Il luogo non è duro da trovare. Può essere trovato dal disabled. Tuttavia dovrete essere abled bodied per visitare alle le caselle vicine della pillbox.
