This building was used as a City Hall up until 1994, it also was the fire department and in the rear of the building is an old jail cell. The building is now used for Avery Tax Service and storage for the Town of Braman. The upstairs room has been used for dance lessons and karate lessons in the past, as of date it is used for storage. It also has an old siren located on the roof that was placed there in the 1950's.
