This appears to be a Tobiano Paint, although I do see some Overo tendencies, so he may be a Tovero.....he looks fiesty enough to argue with you no matter what you call him!

I was on vacation, driving thru Pratt and noticed this wild colored horse; ORNITH swung our buggy around so I could take some photos.
