There are three windows in the Chancel. The main east window depicts the 'Last Supper' and is a bright, Victorian window. This was added when the Chancel was repaired in 1867 together with the other windows detailed below.
In the south wall the scene is the birth of Christ entitled 'The Adoration of the Magi'. This window is dedicated 'To the Glory of God and in memory of the Reverend Richard S.B. Sandilands M.H. Christ Church. Oxford. Late Rector of this Parish and Rural Dean. This window is placed by his affectionate Sister Charlotte S. French.'
In the north wall is another bright and colourful window named 'The Annointing of Jesus' Feet' with the plaque 'Holy, Holy, Holy; Lord God Almighty. In memory of Caroline Anne Sandilands, youngest sister of the late Rector of this Parish. This window is placed by his affectionate Sister Charlotte S. French.'
A sad but interesting account of this church can be seen here: (
