The momument consists of several elements, including a five-panel wall, benches, flags, a walkway of dedicated bricks, and there are several other displays nearby including a cannon and the clock from the former clocktower on the courthouse.

Description of Memorial: This memorial includes multiple granite monuments, and concrete benches. The main monument consists of 5 individual panels joined by a connecting brick wall with the middle panel displaying the dedication. Other nearby and inter-related displays include a brick walkway with dedicated/donated bricks, flags, a canon and a the clock that once topped the courthouse and is now housed in a separate enclosure on the lawn.
