"Memorial Garden
Memorial Garden is located in Bertrand Park, just north of Fick Fossil and History Museum, 700 West Third. With respect we honor our service men and women and we remember Kansas State Senator Stan Clark of Oakley. There is a separate tribute for each branch of military service surrounded by gardens and walking trails. The Memorial Garden is best accessed from Cherry Avenue."
This is a very nice Memorial Park for such a small town. There is a garden with short walking path in this park also, and the town also boasts some wonderful statues; this town has a lot to offer!

Description of Memorial: This park has individual monuments to each branch of the military service, with a center monument dedicated to Kansas State Senator Stan Clark of Oakley. There are flag poles and also flower gardens and benches. Next to the memorial is a small community garden with a walking path. There is a general purpose grassey open area available for strolling or play. The site is surrounded by residential homes.
