The view of this postcard is from Broadway. Initially, I found that odd since the public entrance to the building is on the west side on 19th. The 20th street entrance is a security entrance with a guard and tire-damaging grate. Then I looked closely at the postcard. The ramp that is part of the secure parking off 20th used to be a graded staircase for the public to enter the building. Who knew!?!? For more information (
