Haggens is one of those places where the wine department is 20% of the floor space. Slightly pricey, but with top quality products. For some strange reason the neon sign is only on the side of the building, with the larger sign in front being the typical rather ugly florescent style. The "s" at the end of the name was not lit, but otherwise it was in good working order.
