MONUMENT IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTIAGO BOULEVARD AND BROOKSIDE AVENUE, 41 FT. WESTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF SANTIAGO BOULEVARD AND 90 FT. SOUTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF BROOKSIDE AVENUE. MONUMENT IS SET LEVEL WITH THE TOP OF THE CURB."
