Labeled "Asa Simpson" on the newest Bays Mountain park map link , this cabin is located up the Laurel Run trail from the park in Church Hill. But it is actually located in Bays Mountain city park (Waymark WM53K4).

The abandoned cabin in an overgrown tangle as the vines and trees are taking it back over. Unsafe to enter due to severe rot, so only view from the outside.

Google Maps incorrectly shows a road up this direction, but that dirt road was closed decades ago when the park was created.
