The Relay Club is a night club in Vallejo which Zippy seems to have visited. If you drive by the front of the building, you may miss the Zippy site. The scene depicted in the cartoon strip is actually on the back of the The Relay building.
The funny story here is that I came to Vallejo to visit two Zippy sites, but I only knew where this one was. While I was taking pictures around the building, the owner came out and asked me why I was taking pictures of her establishment. I told her this was a famous place, because Zippy had come to visit. She was surprised when I showed her the cartoon strip. I explained that I was visiting Zippy sites and that I needed some help finding the second site. "Oh, that's just up the street a couple of blocks in a park." I thanked her and headed off to the nearby Zippy site.
Because of the location of The Relay Club, both the front and the back are visible in Google Street View.
